Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualfied contractors for the Essential Safety Measures (ESMs) Audit, Reporting and Passive Fire Inspections on Council assets.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the preparation of quarterly and annual passive essential safety measures inspections, inspection monitoring and reporting and Annual AESMRs sign off.

There is also a requirement for live reporting software with capability that Council can view at any time.
