Tender Description
Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) is seeking proposals for Doc13329103 - McLeod Street Redevelopment Stage 3.
Stage 3 = New purpose-built Office and Workshop/ Storage Building.
Scope: Demolition of existing Buildings 3 and 4 (office and workshop), followed by construction of a new 2 Storey Administration (numbered as Building 2), and a new Workshop Building (numbered as Building 3). New buildings 2 and 3 are proposed to be built over part of the old footprint of building 3 on-site and will increase the floor height to meet current Q100 - which is the 1 in 100-year floor height. The works will also include completion of surrounding roadways and driveways on 3 sides of this building and is finished with new footpath and landscaping to the McLeod Street frontage.
The proposed contract commencement date is March 2023 for a period of 12 months (plus 12 months DLP).
Please note mandatory criteria for these construction services:
- Attendance to site visit scheduled for 10:00am Tuesday 15 November 2022.
- Meets minimum scope requirements as outlined in the Scope
- QBCC Licence – Builder Medium Rise (minimum)

The tender is being conducted in EQL’s online tendering tool, SAP Ariba. All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement, Scope and Response Schedules) will be available on SAP Ariba from early November until 2:30pm 30 November 2022. Deadline for clarifications will be 3:00pm 18 November 2022.
