Tender Description
Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking quotations from experienced painting contractors to paint the internal walls and ceiling of the Hamilton Performing Arts Centre (HPAC), Brown Street, Hamilton, Victoria.
The general scope of work for this project includes:
o Prepare all previously painted surfaces
o Apply one coat of acrylic sealer undercoat to all bare and repaired surfaces
o Apply three coats of flat acrylic to ceiling and three coats of low sheen acrylic to walls
o Touch up timber trim and apply two coats of semi-gloss enamel
o Clean and make good all non-painted surfaces
