Tender Description
The upcoming opportunity is for the procurement of Facilities Management Contractors to provide support and assurance services to assist School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) deliver proactive and reactive maintenance to NSW Department of Education schools across NSW.
The new arrangement seeks to establish a close working relationship between FM Contractors, regional AMU officers and the SI Facilities Management Team, to achieve a number of strategic and practical outcomes. These include greater opportunity for local trade services to access DET business, diversifying our supplier base and improved responsiveness to school maintenance requests.
