Project Summary
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in January 2023 for new building and refurbishment construction works for Hopetoun P12 College located at 1 Dodgshun Street Hopetoun 3396 to provide the school with a new and modernised fitout.
The project will include refurbishment to the science area, food tech, multiple GPC’s and various other learning areas including amenities. The project will require new and refurbishment works throughout the current main classroom wing that is 2,051m2.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $8,000,000
