Tender Description
West Coast Council is seeking to engage an experienced IT or digitisation consultant to perform the following key activities:
- Review and understand Council’s digital environment needs (across operations and corporate services including; enterprise, asset management, financial management, workflow, CRM, and HR.
- Create a gap analysis and options paper on digital environment solutions, including a cost benefit analysis of options.
- Developed procurement documents for software and digital services to support the proposed digital environment.
- Develop an implementation plan for the agreed solution/s including migration of services and data, physical infrastructure needs, staff training requirements and ongoing IT support needs.
