Any questions about this request should be submitted through the "Question Forum" and not to any invidual Council Officer.  The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
