Tender Description
The City of Kwinana invites Expressions of Interest to lease the office premises (95.84m²) located on the 1st Floor, Darius Wells Library & Resource Centre, Robbos Way, Kwinana Town Centre , in accordance with Council Leasing Policy.
Applicants must ensure the proposed use complies with the definition of Community Purpose being primarily for the provision of educational, social or recreational facilities or services by organisations involved in activities for community benefit.
The preferred submission is subject to Council approval and section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
