Austin Health is pleased to invite you to respond to this PQQ, as part of Austin Health Tender AHCM 249 03 HLBM. Austin Health is seeking a supplier who can provide;
- Heart Lung Bypass Machine
The aim of the questionnaire is to:
- Identify and pre-qualify suppliers in the market that can provide this type of equipment
- Identify a supplier who has demonstrable experience in the Health Sector
- Qualify Equipment from an Infection Control perspective
Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suppliers will be notified if are compliant with Austin Health Infection Control and Infrastructure. Suppliers will then be invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ) process. The date for release of the RFQ has not been decided as yet.
