Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Rural City of Wangaratta (Council) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carryout the civil construction activities for the Cheshunt Streetscape Re-development, as a part of the Activating King Valley - Prosecco Road Project.

This Contract requires the Contractor to carry out?the re-development of the Cheshunt Streetscape, including the following activities:

Excavation and removal of existing pavement, crossovers, and stormwater pipes, and all other materials not incorporated into the final works
New pavement in parts of the running lane, and road shoulder of the King Valley Road
Kerb and channel
On-street angle, parallel, and long vehicle parking, including linemarking and tree outstands
Underground drainage, including pits and pipes
Footpaths, shared paths, and pram crossings
Vehicle crossovers to suit new kerb and parking layouts
Landscaping – mulching, topsoil and seeding.
