Lower Murray Water (LMW) is seeking the services of a commercial cleaner for the Service Region, including the Head Office Building located at 741-759 Fourteenth Street Mildura, LMW’s Area Offices at 73 Beveridge Street Swan Hill and 56 Wellington Street Kerang. Other buildings that are to be included in the cleaning schedule within this tender are:
• Mildura Water Treatment Plant
• Mildura West Water Treatment Plant
• Red Cliffs Water Treatment Plant
• Red Cliffs Workshop and Depot
• Koorlong Waste Water Treatment Plant
• Mildura Waste Water Treatment Plant including the Re-Use farm
• Robinvale Water Treatment Plant
• Swan Hill Water Treatment Plant and
• Kerang Water Treatment Plant.
The successful Tenderer will be responsible for the cleaning of the buildings, supply and restocking of consumables as well as periodic out of hours cleaning services as outlined in the specifications.
