Development Victoria is seeking responses to this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Major Competition Venue - Aquatics (Geelong) project (Project) that will deliver an International Swimming Federation (Fédération internationale de natation) (FINA) compliant Aquatics facility fit for Commonwealth Games Swimming and Diving competitions.
This EOI has been prepared to assess the ability of prospective bidders (Bidders) to provide the architectural and sub-consultant design services so a shortlist of Bidders can be selected to proceed to the Request for Proposal stage of the procurement.
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Direction for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Strategic Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework.
