Council invites companies to download quote documentation and submit a quote for the above mentioned contract.

Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced company to work with them on all processes relating to Brick Fence Demolition, Construction and Relocation at 51 Tootal Road, Dingley Village.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
*Construction management and a detailed work method statement.
*Provide dilapidation reports - Existing and As-built
*Demolish and remove the existing brick wall fence and existing trees. Trees demolition in accordance with the Green Wood Consulting Arborist report.
*Re-build the reinforced brick wall, concrete steps, landing, new metal gates, spikes fence and provide new concrete paving as per the architects and structural engineer specifications and details.
*Safety and security of existing premises after demolition- Secure the area using temporary secure fence around the perimeter of the property
*Contractor to take full responsibility of the existing services, both above ground and below ground and should not affect/damage them during demolition or construction of new brick fence.
