Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Plaster Glass Ceiling Replacement Works at Beckenham Primary School and Wembley Downs Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to plaster glass ceiling replacement works as detailed in Attachment 1 for the following schools:

• Beckenham Primary School
• Wembley Downs Primary School
• IMPORTANT NOTE: PFM reserves the right to award the works as a single Contract or multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time.
