This notice is to advise prospective Contractors that Fremantle Ports will soon be releasing a tender for Maintenance of Lifts & Escalators.
Locations:
Fremantle Ports Administration Building, 1 Cliff St Fremantle (3 lifts)
Overseas Passenger Terminal, Peter Hughes Drive Fremantle (2 lifts, 2 escalators)
Term of Contract: 3 years with 2 x 1 year extension options
Services required: scheduled maintenance, comprehensive repairs service and emergency call out services
Indicative timeline:
Release of tender: circa 19 October 2022
Mandatory site visit: approx. 1 week after release of tender
Response time: offers will be due 4 weeks after opening of the tender
Notification of preferred tenderer: approximately 4 weeks after closing of tender
