Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Tender calls for the development of the design (with associated consultation), construction documentation, construction and completed fit-out of a pavilion (modular or in-situ) and associated site works to fulfil the requirements as outlined in the specification, drawings, and returnable schedules.

 
The building will be located at Bridges Recreation Reserve and will form part of a larger development comprising:
 
• 4No. NRL & 8 Touch Football pitches and associated lighting, drainage, and irrigation
• Civil works to support the pitches and pavilion including access pathways and landscape works
• Site service connection and reticulation
• Carparking and associated open space works
 
The above works will be completed by others however coordination will be required with the nominated contractors for these works.
