Tender Description
Gippsland PHN seeks one or more providers to deliver After Hours services to communities in Gippsland from 1 February 2023 to 31 December 2023. Innovative approaches to service delivery are encouraged, which may include both in reach and outreach services and/or utilisation of telehealth services to reduce the burden on hospital Emergency Department presentations during the after-hours period.
A rising need for after hours services to Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) has been identified. Proposals that include an outreach service to RACFs or that otherwise address this particular need are strongly encouraged.
Gippsland PHN's total budget for this procurement, including all related expenditure, is up to $1.05 Million (excluding GST).
