Tender Description
CQUniversity is inviting submissions from suitably qualified, registered, and experienced tenderers and their experienced additional contractors, for the Design and Construction (D&C) of two concurrent projects. These works include the buildings and associated facilities as well as procurement of specialised equipment required for the successful delivery of each project.
CQUniversity has been granted funding from the Queensland Government for the development of the following projects.
Rockhampton – TAFE Centre of Excellence (Stage 1). Relocation of bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, cabinet making, and construction trade training from the Rockhampton City campus to the Rockhampton North campus. Currently located at the Rockhampton City campus this project allows the University to relocate and provide modern training facilities for our students and staff.
Mackay – Trade Training Centre (TTC) Heavy Automotive Extension. New extension of existing facilities at the Mackay Ooralea campus to accommodate the growing need for heavy automotive training.
