Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Pavilion will become the premier performing arts centre in the southern Sydney metropolitan area, strengthening local and regional cultural values and connecting its community to entertainment and the arts.

 
Sutherland Shire Council has invested nearly $44 million into the upgrade of the Sutherland Entertainment Centre to transform it into a vibrant space for the performing arts in the heart of the local community.
 
With the new The Pavilion facility due to be handed over to the Council in December 2022, we are seeking submissions from experienced Food & Beverage Operators to form a long term and beneficial partnership with The Pavilion venue operator.
