Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The BOT at Rewa Rewa School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction of alterations and additions to the areas described in the tender documents prepared by IR Group Ltd. This involves the following works

Outdoor Covered Area:

• Isolating work areas.

• Install new coat and bag racks and 2x new doors at existing entrance.

• Install new posts to frame decking area and support new roof covering.

• Install new slot drain to receive rainwater from new fall.

• Connect services under the new deck.

• Remove clear roofing off existing canopy and replace with new trafficable clear acrylic sheet.

• Install new 60mm wide gutter.

• Secure translucent sheets to battens as shown on elevations

• Leave site clean and tidy.

Translucent Roofing replacement

• Removal of existing non-trafficable translucent roofing

• Replacement of translucent roofing sheet with new trafficable product specified

Translucent Sheet Replacement

This work is being done under a building consent and as such, the successful contractor will be required to arrange and attend all relevant inspections.
