Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor for the Block 1 AMS combined ILE upgrade at Raumati Beach School, Raumati Beach, Kāpiti Coast. The Raumati Beach School Board wishes to upgrade four classrooms in Block 1, with work focusing on DQLS improvements.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Complete refurbishment of classrooms 24 and 25
  • Creation of new openings and wet areas within classrooms 24 and 25
  • Introduction of internal connection between the teaching spaces via a new sliding glazed door
  • Removal and replacement of floor coverings in all classrooms
  • Renewal of wall and floor finishes in all classrooms
  • Renewal of light fittings and joinery in all classrooms
