Tender Description
Selwyn District Council intend to appoint a design lead and consultant team to design and coordinate the proposed Leeston Community Centre, Service Centre and Library which has been gifted the name Whata Rau, by Te Taumutu Runanga. The building size is estimated to be 900m2, with an estimated build cost of $9 million (noting that this was part of the 2021-31 LTP).
The appointment of the Design Lead and Consultant team will be undertaken by a two stage process. This current first stage being an Expression of Interest (EOI), which five highest scoring tenders will be carried through to a selected Request for Tender (RFT) process.
