Overview
Selwyn District Council intends to procure a Design and Construct (D&C) contractor for the replacement of the existing Whitecliffs Bridge over the Selwyn River.
About
The existing bridge has reached the end of its service life and will be demolished and replaced in the same general alignment. The new bridge is expected to be a single-lane structure with a separated pedestrian footpath, along with associated road, civil, and utility works.

The scope includes:
- Detailed design of the replacement bridge
- Demolition of the existing Whitecliffs Bridge
- Construction of the replacement bridge
