Ports North (PN) is responsible for the development and management of port facilities vital to the development of Cairns and regional centres in Far North Queensland. The Corporation has extensive property, marina, tourism and cargo facilities in Cairns and its regional ports.
PN owns and operates a common user barge ramp facility in Smith’s Creek in the Port of Cairns. This facility is used to load and unload coastal motorised barges.
The work included in this tender package includes the removal and replacement of a damage tubular steel fender pile on one side of the ramp facility.
PN requests Tender Submissions from suitably qualified and available Contractors with appropriate experience in pile driving works.
