The Role
- The role is responsible for inspecting and reporting on alleged defective building works to assist the Commission in determining defective building works and to provide remediation where necessary.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice in relation to pre-and post-construction stages of a building.
- Investigate and report on defective building works.
- Carry out visual or invasive testing where required.
- Provide DTS scopes of work to rectify building defects
