Tender Description
Council endorsed the Jetty Rd Masterplan in 2018 and has completed the delivery of Stage 1 Chapel Plaza and Bouchee Walk (formerly Hindmarsh Lane). Stage 2, the Coastal Zone has now been approved to undertake concept and detailed design. The Council is seeking to undertake procurement over Three (3) stages, commencing with and open market Request for Expression of Interest followed by a Select Tender before awarding a design consultancies services contract to a Lead Designer for the development a concept plan followed by detailed design.
