Northern Beaches Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified consultants to undertake research and recommend to Council operational model and business plan options for a contemporary, multi functional community and cultural facility to be located in the former Council Civic Centre precinct at Mona Vale.

SERVICE REQUIRED
Council is undertaking initial planning for the future repurposing of a former Civic Centre at Mona Vale.
Council is seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following outline scope of works:
Research and analysis of relevant multi-functional community, arts/cultural/creative, and library facilities
Two best practice operational model options minor refurbishment and substantial redevelopment
Two business plan options minor refurbishment and substantial redevelopment
Submission of written report and presentation of findings
The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have quotes considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Quotation document is provided.
Expected commencement of works 18/10/2022.
The Contract term will be 6 months.

LODGEMENT
