Tender Description
This Advance Tender Notice is issued as per Ministerial Direction for the purpose of market awareness only. It advises that an upcoming tender, is expected to be released in October/November 2022, for a new two-unit development at Clarinda. The upcoming construction tender will be an Invited Selective Tender (pre-selected). Tenderers will be selected from pre-qualified contractors listed in Construction Supplier Register of Department of Treasury and Finance. Please be advised that it will NOT be a Public Tender.
The project will be fully documented by an Architect for the construction of a single storey two-unit development.
Criteria for Expressions of interest include:
1. Submissions must be provided on the Company letterhead.
2. Builders must be registered with the Construction Supply Register.
3. Builders must be registered with the Victorian Building Authority as a Building Practitioner.
4. Builders must be registered in the category of Commercial Builder.
5. Builders must provide relevant examples of previous and current work in the following areas:
• NDIS, SDA builds
• disability accommodation,
• aged care housing,
• non-for-profit builds
• retirement accommodation
• class 3 construction builds
