Project Summary
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2022 for construction works located at 34-44 Argyle Avenue Chelsea 3196 to upgrade and modernise facilities.
The project will include upgrading and modernising the school, including 'new' multipurpose, art, music, and amenities. The project will require be the construction of a multipurpose building, including fitout and surrounding landscaping.
You must email your company details through to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering.
The email subject heading should be clearly marked 'ATN-CPS-3729-21/22 for Victorian School Building Authority'
All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $3,500,000.
A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
