Tender Description
The City is seeking a suitably experienced consultant to survey our road, kerb and carpark network to deliver the following:
- Validate and updated the City's Road, Kerb and Car Park inventory
- Updated and report on the condition, including defects for Road, Kerb and Car Park assets
- Review and update the City's degradation and depreciation curves
- Develop treatment selection flowchart around the City's business rules
- Develop a 5 Year Road Capital Renewal Programme based on two funding scenarios (funded and unfunded)
- Develop a 5 Year Carpark Capital Renewal Programme based on two funding scenarios (funded and unfunded)
This data will be used to determine:
- Day to day asset management decisions about the network
- Develop capital work programmes beyond 5 years
- Financial forecasting to inform the City's Long-Term Financial Plan
- Asset valuations
- Inform future maintenance programmes
