Tender Description
The Isaac Regional Council Nebo Precinct; inclusive of an Administration/Library Building, Hall and Museum has been identified in Council’s proactive maintenance program as requiring upgrades. Not only to rectify issues with aging infrastructure, but to also improve accessibility between the facility by undertaking DDA compliant upgrades to footpaths and driveway.
By undertaking necessary upgrades, Council hopes the Nebo Museum will not only attract additional visitors to the space but also improve flow between the Administration/Library Building and the Nebo Hall through upgrading accessibility between the buildings. Proposed works will also tie together multiple recent projects and complete the facility which include stumping, electrical upgrades, museum roof replacement, Nebo Community Hub and office renovations
The proposal will require the vendor to undertake the following works; external repair and paint, roof repair and paint, installation of new pathways and driveways as well as new fencing. Thus, Council seeks quotations from suitability qualified vendors to undertake revitalisation of the precinct.
