Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Registration of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Roof Replacement Works at nominated Department of Education Site during the 2022 Christmas school holidays.
The Program is for roof replacements across 9 schools in the Perth metro during the Christmas 2022 school holidays.
The roof replacements are currently being documented and design completion is anticipated by 30th September.
Submissions received will be evaluated in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria and successful Respondents will be shortlisted to be included in a future Select Tender to be released with site specific specification and drawings for pricing and Value for Money Assessment
