Building construction: mess one level, accommodation two level, brick, metal roof, approx. floor area: 1,700m2.
- Upgrade the training kitchen to meet regulatory safety and hygiene standards.
- Replacement of all equipment to latest commercial catering standards, and also supporting works to enabling areas.
- Replace HVAC system throughout building with fit for purpose system.

- Remove existing metal roof, gutters and down pipes and replace with suitable compliant type.
- Install sarking and insulation

- Remove asbestos material as applicable per division 6 report.
