Tender Description
The City of Bayswater in Perth, Western Australia is seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors for completion of the final stages of refurbishment at the Bayswater Waves Aquatic Centre in Embleton. The scope of work is based on recommendations from GHD and covers a range of activities including hydraulic, electrical, tiling and building.
As essential requirement is that the unaffected areas of the Centre remain operational during the works. The City is looking for an October 2022 start to the works.
