Provision of Waste, Recycling and Resource Recovery Services

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking to engage as supplier to provide waste, recycling and resource recovery services across seven campuses and three training centres. The services required includes, but not limited to general waste, construction waste, recyclables, hygiene services and liquid waste services.

Melbourne Polytechnic recognises in undertaking its business it has an impact on the environment and as such has established an Environmental Sustainability Strategy 2020 – 2025. The Strategy includes targets to reduce waste to landfill and increase recycling rates. In responding to this Invitation, the waste hierarchy should be applied and invitees should show how their proposals will support Melbourne Polytechnic environmental sustainability objectives.
