Tender Description
Carrathool Shire Council is calling tenders for a Flood Study of the township of Rankins Springs and the surrounding area, particularly in the area of Sims Gap located in the LGA area of Carrathool NSW.
Council requires a new state-of-the-art flood model for Rankins Springs and its environs to be developed as part of this project which can then be used to develop a Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan if required. This study should be conducted in line with the Floodplain Development Manual, to develop a list of floodplain management measures, planning controls and emergency response measures to lessen the impact of future floods in and around Rankins Springs.
Council are calling for suitable and reliable contractors to undertake these major works.
The Tender Document Packages can be obtained by emailing council@carrathool.nsw.gov.au between 8.30 am to 4.15 pm weekdays.
Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the tender lodgement requirements contained in the tender package and be received by Council in full prior to 12.00 pm Friday 2 September 2022.
