Tender Description
VHBA is seeking to contract an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant with relevant skills and experience on High Value, High Risk infrastructure projects and, in particular, PPPs to provide FF&E advisory services for the Project across all stages of the Project, including the Tender Process and Delivery and Operating Stages (FF&E Adviser).
The FF&E Adviser will assist the Project Team in conducting the Project in an efficient, consistent, competitive and transparent manner, which:
- results in an optimal value for money outcome for government;
- complies with DTF’s Partnerships Victoria framework, encompassing;
- the National PPP Policy and Guidelines;
- the Partnerships Victoria Requirements;
- complies with DTF’s high value, high risk project guidelines.
