Tender Description
Council intends to appoint panels of contractors in various categories to whom work may be referred on an ‘as required’ basis.
The Services for which Council is inviting suppliers to submit a Tender are:
Place activation delivery/event management services including
• Project Management and Programming
• Traffic Management services and hire,
• Creative public lighting and projection services
Place activation/event equipment including
• Bespoke Furniture hire, build and delivery
• Parklet structure hire, build and delivery
• Bespoke fabricators – artisans, metal work.
• Bespoke games and amusement hire or purchase
• Astroturf and flooring options
• On-site or off-site storage services
• Digital activation and event performance measurement tools
Tender respondents may tender for one, some or all categories
NOTE: The online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
