Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for residents willing to become certified lifeguards and learn to swim teachers.
The Isaac Region Community Swimming Program is open to those aged 16 years and above in Nebo, Clermont, Moranbah and Middlemount.
The program involves certified course training in first aid, lifeguarding and learn to swim teaching with accommodation, meals and transport to be met by Council.
The aim of this course is to provide training that is Royal Lifesaving standards and to ensure providing a safe and enjoyable experience at the Clermont Swimming Centre, Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre, Nebo Pool and Middlemount Pool.
The course is set to be delivered from Monday, 12 September 2022 to Thursday, 15 September 2002.
