Tender Description
Homes Victoria is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in August/September 2022 for a Land Surveyor to assist with specialised surveying services for proposed new social and affordable dwellings located on existing land owned by the Director of Housing. As part of the Big Housing Build, the proposal will provide more homes for individuals and families in need, compliant with 2021 Apartment Guidelines for Victoria, in a multi-residential, medium to high rise development.
This will be a select tender process called from pre-qualified consultants on the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Award of contract is expected in September/October 2022.
The Government's Local Jobs First Policy applies to this procurement. Tender participants will need to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) as part of the Local Jobs First requirements. The Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG) requirements also applies to this procurement. These commitments will need to be included within the LIDP.
