Call for Registrations of Interest: Management of Crown Property Portfolio
Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is seeking Registrations of Interest from a supplier or suppliers to help manage its significant property portfolio.
On behalf of the Crown, LINZ manages approximately 8,000 properties spread across New Zealand, including 1,000 on behalf of other government agencies. We are seeking experienced and capable partner(s) to support the ongoing maintenance of these assets and the tenancies of our residential customers. We are also seeking to make more effective use of our asset management data allowing us to make better and more informed future management decisions.
Registrations of Interest are welcome from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers with demonstrated capabilities in any 1, 2, or all 3 of the Service Areas listed:
1. Property Asset Management Software (PAMS).
2. Residential Tenancy Services (RTS).
3. Facilities Maintenance Services (FMS).
This ROI is the first stage of what is intended to be a two-stage procurement process. Following evaluation of responses to the ROI a short-list of suppliers may be invited to tender for one or more of the opportunities listed.
The appropriate response documents are included as an addenda.
