Overview
The Bioeconomy Science Institute (BSI) is undertaking a multi year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programme and is seeking a strategic Legacy Systems Modifications and Integration partner to support this work.
Purpose
The ERP Programme forms part of a significant business, behavioural, and data transformation. It underpins the establishment of BSI as a single, integrated organisation and will introduce new enterprise wide processes, governance models, decision making disciplines, data standards, and ways of working across multiple legacy entities, business functions, and sites.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of an effective Legacy System Modifications and Integration capability to support high levels of integration across multiple legacy entities
- Support for a Function-Wise implementation approach across the ERP Programme
- Legacy system modifications and associated integration modifications across all phases of the Programme
- Support for effective regression testing as additional functions are deployed
