Tender Description
The Public Space Division seeks to engage a contractor for construction services for both Nandi Reserve in Frenchs Forest and County Reserve in Belrose; both in the Northern Beaches local government area. Both Nandi Reserve, Frenchs Forest and County Reserve, Belrose are two of eight parks in the Strategic Open Spaces program.
This program involves the design and construction of parks across the Sydney metropolitan area. In February 2019, the Premier announced this $150m program, focused on providing greater recreation opportunities for the community. This program is known as the Parks for People Program.
