Facility Management: Essential Asset Management & Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Creative Victoria (organisation) directly controls building assets with a replacement value estimated at $270 million (2021 valuation) through Arts Victoria Committee of Management (AVCOM). The facility and asset management functions are partially performed in-house with a number of facilities receiving services from external facility managers

An assessment of the facility management function undertaken in late 2021, with special regard to the properties listed in Part A.2, found that an opportunity exists to rationalise a number of facility management: essential asset management and maintenance services categories, namely; Security control and monitoring, HVAC services, plumbing services, electrical services and Essential Safety Measures auditing and maintenance. The organisation also seeks to establish a consistent approach to how assets are recorded and reported on while being maintained by the relevant service provider(s).

The organisation is seeking invitee’s response to the invitation for the supply of goods and services as outlined in Part A.2.

The organisation seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available. Hence, this EOI process may be the first stage of a multi‑stage procurement process. For further information relating to the next stage (if any) of the EOI process refer to clause 6 of Part B.2.
