Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from interested parties to run a carnival on Black Beach Reserve, Kiama, over part of the Christmas/New year holiday period.

The successful submission will be required to lodge a development application for approval prior to securing the licence to operate a carnival.
