Tender Description
The City of Melville is undertaking an Infrastructure Capital Renewal program, with the intention of renewing the City's portfolio of Sporting Facilities.
The project scope is driven by the current inadequacy of the Clubroom in both suitability of the envelope, and provision of the most basic level of amenity
The project scope includes:
Demolition or relocation of existing shade structure to all new building siting.
Undertaking of all ground works to suit the agreed location of the new building.
Construction of new Clubroom to include the following schedule of areas:
Administration/Scorers Office.
Universal Accessible Toilet.
Male and Female Ambulant Disabled Toilet
Kiosk
Store
Integrated viewing area.
Supply and install of all new services, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical to support new layout.
The project scope excludes:-
Any modifications to existing BMX race circuit
