Tender Description

For over twenty years, the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) has offered Western Australians support and advice to help them find more sustainable ways to get around their local area. Your Move is a behaviour change program that works with schools, organisations and communities to increase local walking, bike riding and public transport trips (i.e. active transport) and decrease car trips.

The Your Move website (www.yourmove.org.au) is an essential tool for the delivery of DTMI’s Your Move program. It currently supports participating schools, workplaces and local governments to plan and perform actions related to increasing the rate of active transport and receive points and rewards for their efforts. Self-nominated representatives for participating schools, workplaces and local governments, with the support of Your Move program managers, use the website to:

iv. Review relevant online resources and choose activities that will encourage active transport in their organisation;

v. Post stories (i.e. blog) about their activities, which earns points; and

vi. Redeem points in the online rewards shop for behaviour change tools that further assist promotion of active travel.

Purpose

DTMI requires a Contractor to provide tools and reward items to support participating schools, workplaces, and large-scale community projects.

Objectives

The Travel Behaviour Change Team of the DTMI requires the Contractor to achieve the following objectives:

(d) Consumer Goods (Button/Coin Batteries) Information Standard 2020 - F2020L01659.

(e) Labelling of clothing and textiles - AS/NZS 1957:1998 Textiles - Care labelling.

(iv) Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and that all items are delivered promptly to the correct address.
