Scope of work:
Banana Shire Council requires the services of an Architect & Quantity Surveyor to undertake an audit of our Moura Pool Bathroom Amenities Building and provide general improvements and refurbishment designs to modernise this space for pool patrons.
Works will include:
- Review of current facilities.
- Review of original Architectural Plans (as required).
- Consultation with Project Manager and Pool Manager (as required).
- Provide new architectural design for amenities building and subsequent services (plumbing etc.)
- plans/drawings for construction.
- Provide accurate quantity surveyor costings to the construction works based on plans.
Notable Items:
Council is already undertaking a full electrical upgrade to the amenities building as a separate project, the electrical engineers design for this will need to be considered by the architect when creating electrical drawings for the amenities design.
