Tender Description
RIA is undertaking a two-stage Procurement Process – an EOI and Request for Detailed Proposal (RFDP) - for the enhancement and/or redevelopment and ongoing operation of a site located at 1 Brand Way, Rottnest Island (the Site).
The Site is located within the Heritage Place (no. 516) Thomson Bay Settlement, Wadjemup and listed on the Western Australian State Heritage Register. The Site is undulated (refer to Appendix 6 – Site Feature Survey) with a former quarry located in the northeast corner adjacent to Rottnest Lodge.
