Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking a highly experienced artist with a connection to the local community to develop and install a mural along the side wall of the building at 85 Maroondah Highway, currently GloBird Energy headquarters (formerly the Honda building).

The project has been developed in partnership with GloBird Energy and Maroondah City Council. The theme of the mural is open with a view to imbuing a sense of cultural vitality in the area.
